It's very smooth and I have no issues cleaning it so far. It doesn't slide across my desk and has a good feel and grip.
Make sure you are uploading the right image resolution for the size and dpi when you are sending them your image! That helps enhance the quality of the print!

Mousepad was very accurate to size, messaging the store was easy, I ended up emailing them the image and they got back to me in a few hours with an email that seemed copy and pasted but was straight forward and let me know that they got the image and were ready to print it. Seems like a decent enough mouse/deskpad, especially compared to the 5 below one I was using before this one is definitely a step up. It has a soft top and normal non stick bottom and what looks like a double stitched seem around it, the seem isn't rough or annoying to touch so points for that. The printing quality is good for the blurry image I sent, the print itself seems high resolution and pretty color accurate.
