Did install own HDD and RAM and installed Windo...MoreBought GMKTEC M5 with AMD5700U, no HDD, no RAM. PC arrived very well packaged and as per expectations. Did install own HDD and RAM and installed Windows 11. Ran into an issue as Windows 11 did no recognize LAN port during installation. Had to connect my mobile phone via USB and allow the PC to use my phone's internet connection to install and activate Windows 11 and download enough updates for Windows 11 to the point that Windows 11 recognized the LAN ports and could use them. This is not a critique of the seller. Just an inconvenience with the product when one buy without pre-installed HDD and operating system. Tried to download drivers from GMKTEC's web-page but Google drive will not allow that as the driver file is above 1 GB. Do not know how to surpass that issue .... but at the end got Windows 11 to work without drivers from GMKTEC. Other than that I am happy with the product as of today. Still in the process of installing software but all looks OK for now.Everything is OK. I actually received a Pro Version with an extra fan on top and a second slot for Nvme SSD.
