Both AliExpress and seller not responsive. Package does not show delivered to correct address. Shipping company used will not provide exact address of delivered package. I work from home every day so I can confirm package was not delivered. All shipping company provided was an image of the package not at an actual location. Shipping company finally stated to request refund, but both seller and Aliexpress will not honor. Will be filing a claim with AMEX to receive refund and Aliexpress will receive negative seller rating. All I wanted was a resolution but neither seller or Aliexpress willing to look at facts that package did not contain street address.
