The SIM shelf arrived here broken. I cannot buy a replacement here in Israel, because they do not have a SIM shelf replacement adapted to the S24 model phone. If they had , I would buy a replacement here and would not have addressed myself to you. Without this SIM shelf , the phone cannot operate. I wrote to the shop 1103759341, as you proposed, but got no answer and my messages were UNREAD;. I suggested them to send me a replacement SIM shelf , but I got no reaction until now from the shop. I can do nothing with 21. 94 ILS ( around US$ 5.8) when the phone cost me around 300 ILS, and I cannot buy a replacement SIM shelf here. Please examine if the shop can send me a SIM shelf replacement. Thanks, Yoel
